Join us for a Community Prayer Call as we come together in recognition of the National Day of Prayer for Mental Illness Recovery and Understanding.

During this brief time of prayer, we will unite to:

Pray for individuals and families impacted by mental illness

Lift up those on the journey of recovery and healing

Pray for caregivers, behavioral health professionals, and community partners

“Tools for Tough Days” Wellness Workshop

Facilitators:

LaCrystal Wilson-Johnson, PhD, LPC-S, Gracie Bergeron, LCSW, Kayce Dunn Domingue, LPC, Michael “AV” Mitchel

We’ll talk openly about stress, anxiety, depression, substance use, and warning signs that you or someone you care about may need extra support. Participants will learn practical, everyday tools for navigating tough moments, including grounding techniques, breathing exercises, managing strong emotions, healthy distractions, staying connected, improving sleep, and building a personal coping toolkit.

The workshop will also feature a special Assignment 808 session, where music becomes a bridge to purpose, opportunity, and positive change. Through music, mentorship, life skills, and meaningful opportunities, Assignment 808 empowers individuals, connects generations, develops talent, and helps strengthen communities.

Stop by for a cup of coffee, tour the newly renovated space, and take a moment to check in on your mental wellness in recognition of National Depression Screening Day.

Free, confidential screenings will be available, along with educational information and resources about depression, anxiety, substance use, and recognizing when it may be time to seek professional support.
